EAGLE-287. Make EagleStore as the default notification method.
[master acf0d6c] EAGLE-287. Make EagleStore as the default notification
method. Provide an optional configuration in application.conf file for
disabling eagleStore as the default notification â "eagleStoreEnabled". If
"eagleStoreEnabled = false", eaglestore is disabled.
