Disclaimer on home page has replaced "Eagle has been accepted as an Apache
Incubator Project on Oct 26, 2015", code not checked-in. Should be checked in
after reviewing UI experience.
The how-to-contribute link has been updated with apache wiki page url. Code has
been checked in to git repo, site will be update soon when get the svn write
access.
