Disclaimer on home page has replaced "Eagle has been accepted as an Apache
Incubator Project on Oct 26, 2015", code not checked-in. Should be checked in
after reviewing UI experience.
The how-to-contribute link has been updated with apache wiki page url. "fork
eagle on github" flag has been removed. Code of these 2 has been checked in to
git repo, site will be update soon when I get the svn write access to
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/eagle/.
