CI job for building upon develop branch on each check-in has been setup at: 
https://builds.apache.org/job/incubator-eagle-develop/

Status link for pasting is: [![Build

We may need to decide where to put it. An option is to tip it in README.md, and 
keep it separate from the one for master branch.
