Hi Henry,

Thank you very much for guiding me in Nexus portal. I've closed the
creation and released it, and eagle's artifacts now are visible at:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/staging/org/apache/eagle/
.

I'd log the steps to eagle's WIKI page for reference.
