Simply, can we just keep the configured url and not adding any scheme
"http://" or "https://"?
Say, "server.eagle.apache.org" or "http://server.eagle.apache.org".
This config will be set by users.
> Automatically recognized eagle service url with http://

> When setting eagle service to http://host.domain.com instead of
> host.domain.com, eagle can not recognize the link which would be
> http://http://host.domain.com.
> If port is set to 443, "https://" should be added to the url.
> This should be automatically recognized.
