Description:
The app aims to monitor those services with a master-slave structured topology,
and provides metrics at the HOST level. Specifically, this app will support the
following services healthy check
* HDFS: namenode, datanode, journalnode
* HBASE: hmaster, regionservers
* YARN: resourcemanager, nodemanagers, historyserver
