Fix For: v0.5.0
We already fixed HBase UT in Eagle-411, so we can run previous ignored hbase
test inf eagle-service-base. However TestHBaseLogRead2 and
TestListQueryCompile actually test ListQueryCompile, move them to
eagle-query-base
