There is a feature-request issue about adding border settings in legend [1]. The opacity of legend item is one of its requirement, and it should be implemented at `legend.itemStyle.opacity`. You are welcomed to make a PR about this. As for border opacity, I think it's a nice feature. But I don't think there is border opacity elsewhere. So I guess we need to add it to many places rather than just in legend. @100pah Any idea?
