I have some doubt about (4).
Could we use Google Analytics instead? Should we create an account that can
be accessed by PMC members?

(3) We have the control over Twitter and Weibo accounts. Twitter name has
been changed into Apache ECharts (incubating), and we have added Apache
ECharts (incubating) in Weibo's description. Please let us know if there is
anything else we should do.
