Right now it's impossible to format the `axisLabel` in html. Example: ```javascript formatter: value => { return `<div class="wrapper"> <div class="logo"> <img src="..."> </div> <span>${value}</span> </div>` ``` This doesn't work currently. ### What does the proposed API look like?
