We should probably use "incubator-echarts-docs" as the name of document repo. And the website repo is not empty. The "asf-site" branch is used for Apache server to deploy the website. It works pretty much like GitHub Pages, only that the latter uses gh-pages branch.
The incubator-echarts-website project contains only the built files for the website. Source code of document can remain in a new repo to keep it clean.
