   柱形图针对手动设置 Scale 的 min, max 属性有两个问题：
   
   1. 超出 scale extent 的值依然会绘制
   2. 堆叠柱形图手动设置 min, max 后混乱
   
   Example1:
   
   ```
   option = {
       yAxis: {
           type: 'category',
           data: ['Mon', 'Tue', 'Wed', 'Thu', 'Fri', 'Sat', 'Sun']
       },
       xAxis: {
           type: 'value',
           min: 100,
           max: 180,
       },
       series: [{
           data: [120, 200, 150, 80, 70, 110, 130],
           type: 'bar'},
       {
           data: [120, 200, 150, 80, 70, 110, 130],
