Hi,

1. Response time is usually within one day or two. But if you have a bug
report or new feature request, it's hard to give a promise about the fixing
time. Because we usually support more frequently asked features or more
important bugs. We can give instructions about how to fix the problem and
you may have a try by yourself. It's much quicker for you to solve the
problem than waiting for others.

2. The release frequence is about once a month.

3. Yes.

4. ECharts supports both SVG and Canvas. They each have their advantage at
certain situation. Learn more here [1].

5. Many companies are using ECharts, like GitLab, Alibaba, Baidu, and so on.
We started this survey recently so it's still waiting for more companies to
add their stories [2], but you can get some idea from that.

My personal suggestion is, have a look at ECharts examples [3] and learn
what it can do. For special chart types, you may have a look at custom
series tutorial [4], which teaches you how to build a chart type if it's
not supported by ECharts.

Hope that helps.
