Currently, I saw this program is using `[-]` to check if the checkbox `The API has been changed` exists and is checked, that is maybe not correct. In my mind, we should use `[x]` instead of `[-]`. **There is a comparison between `[x]` and `[-]`** - [x] The API has been changed. (**RIGHT**) - [-] The API has been changed.
