[~Cazen] I believe this issue has been resolved now with all of the PRs
associated with EDGENT-240 - i.e., I believe the gradle build's javadoc
creation has parity with the ant based build. Unless there's something obvious
missing, let's close this and create new issues for javadoc if we run into
anything. OK?
