I'm in favor this two-header row table. I think we'll need more room
(especially if we add tuple count to the stream info, which I also support).
For the Tuple Count field, I think that'll be good to note in
[EDGENT-200|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/EDGENT-200], and we can
associate those changes in that issue. Thanks for bringing it up.
