[WIP] Create Edgent 1.0.0 Javadoc Snapshot
This PR includes the 1.0.0 Javadoc snapshot and drop down menu per Javadoc
version in Doc-Site.
I will change the contents of "lastest Javadoc" to 1.0.0 in next PR and
waiting for prepare the official Edgent release.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/Cazen/incubator-edgent-website EDGENT-297
