The tests fail because they're written to use the "cat" cmd. I think they just
need to use the "type" cmd when running on Windows.
So far it hasn't been a goal to to build/test/run Edgent on Windows but in
principle there's no fundamental reason why it shouldn't "just work" and this
is the only failure one person noticed.
