Ok so I just streamlined the distribution packages for java7 and android.
Now the distributions should match the ones of the java8 part.

The distribution bundles for java7 and android (under the
platforms/{java7,android}/distribution/target dirs respectively) lack the “ext”
folder and contents.
They also don’t have the DISCLAIMER, etc.
built from the root repo dir with
$ mvn clean install -DskipTests -Pplatform-java7,platform-android
-Papache-release -Pdistribution
