empire-db snapshots jenkins configuration

Hi all,

I just noticed we don't have automated empire-db snapshots in the  
apache snapshot repository anymore. I triggered a build in jenkins,  
but the git repo is not configured correct (see  
https://builds.apache.org/job/Empire-db%20snapshot/974/console)

Does anyone know how to change it in jenkins? Maybe I dont have the  
permissions to do it.
