I'm not sure what kind of prescription I was on, but I was unable to reproduce the error I thought I was getting. Probably the reason I never reported it. I have no idea what is causing your error. I even tried starting with a clean checkout of esme and a clean .m2 and .ivy2 -- no issues. Sorry for the red herring.
