[REL 1.3] Are we still using the wiki as the source of esme.apache.org

I wanted to work on "ESME-331: Update documentation for message
posting in API2 to address the misunderstanding in ESME-326" and I'm
trying to figure where I can make the change.

Is the wiki still the source of the site?
