We have a bug in the 1.3 release when ESME runs in Tomcat.
Links to users in the main message display have the wrong URL (for example,
http://localhost:8080/esme/esme/user/test2 instead of
http://localhost:8080/esme/user/test2).
I assume that the problem is associated with the servlet context / path.
