I think I've got it using Heroku's shared PostgreSQL database for
persistence now (for the database, not for the Compass/Lucene search). The
new URL is http://deep-window-6784.herokuapp.com/

The setup instructions are unchanged.

I've created a user and I'll check back sometime during the week to see if
my user still exists :-)
