Fixes ISSUE #891.
### Motivation
*The Chinese version of Readme was not up-to-date before. I updated the
Chinese version of readme so that those who had trouble reading the English
version can also learn about this project*
### Modifications
*Update the Readme file by updating the file `README.zh-CN.md`*
### Documentation
- remove the deprecated Chinese documentation, and write the new one based
on the English version.
