### Modifications
1. Separate ```WebHookProtocolAdaptor``` into a new protocol plugin module.
2. Add unit test to test ```WebHookProtocolAdaptor```
3. Fix some bugs while testing :
a: Exception when get request body through ```.array()``` method.
b: HTTP header key should be lower case in ```GithubProtocol```.
c: Miss field```cloudEventSource``` while converting
```WebhookProtocolTransportObject```.
