### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/eventmesh/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Enhancement Request  located at: eventmesh-runtime/src/main/java/org/apache/eventmesh/runtime/core/protocol/grpc/consumer/ConsumerManager.java line 104 analysis and explanation: This method retrieves the value of a key from a ConcurrentHashMap, where the value is itself a collection. It checks this value for null, and if it is so, creates a new collection and places it in the map.
