### Motivation add producer acl authentication , ensure that when the production side releases the message, the corresponding topic under a group can be queried in the etcd before the message can be released ### Modifications 1.query the correspondence between group and topic in etcd and compare whether the topic to be published is in etcd. If not, the topic cannot be published 2. Add clientBuilder's token authentication in the PulsarClientWrapper class ### Documentation - Does this pull request introduce a new feature?
