### Motivation add subscriber acl authentication , ensure that when the subscriber subscriber the message, the corresponding topic under a group can be queried in the etcd before the message can be subscribed ### Modifications 1.query the correspondence between group and topic in etcd and compare whether the topic will to be subscribed is in etcd. If not, the topic cannot be subscribed. Mainly in the helloTask class and SubscribeTask class 2.
