Fixes #4725.
### Motivation
The connector usage documents will be maintained and updated in
https://eventmesh.apache.org/docs/next/design-document/connect/connectors and
https://github.com/apache/eventmesh-site repo. Markdown files can not be
distributed along with binary packages.
### Modifications
Connector docs deleted.
The EventMesh release versions in issue template has been updated.
The code block of `Debug log` sector in pull request template has been
enabled.
The writing style of `#issue_id` allows users to select all the characters
following the `#` symbol on the pull request creation page with just a
double-click, enabling them to easily paste the issue ID from the clipboard.
