I've added versions to the Excalibur Components module. The problem is that not all components are up to the same version number. Perhaps it's too early to figure this out, but do we plan on releasing the excalibur component "suite" as a collection (ie- with a single version number) or will each component have it's own version?
I think each component should have its own version. Its that way now for good reasons. This fits best with the maven model of (relatively) small versioned artifacts.
I'd *really* rather have a single JIRA project for all of the components if possible. Keep it simple.
yeah, I know. It's bugging me as well. But taking a look at a few of the other bigger projects that heavily utilize jira (maven for example), I do think it pays of to split things out.
The notifications and permissions have already been set up. Is there anything else that needs done?
well, figure out if we want to change this. If we do, I think its a lot of work!
