I plan to put the drafts and archives of our board reports on our wiki. Our first report is supposed to be in sometime before the 23rd. If you have anything you wish to add or discuss, edit the wiki text or bring it up on the appropriate mailing list.
At this point there is not much to report. We got our infrastructure mostly in place, and everyone is subscribed now. There has been some work done on simplifying the build, and we are at a place where we are deciding how best to move forward. At least that is my take on it.
