I think > this is not apoint to move to maven. am I OT? > Yes :) No, it's not a big pro for Maven; all I wanted to say is, that if you want to use Eclipse to edit/compile your code, you have support in Maven and don't have to configure all the dependencies in your project file - of course you can do this with other techniques as well.
