Yep. No source (that is XML) yet. But the current HTML is at:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/excalibur/site/
We haven't decided on a site format yet. Since we're starting from scratch, I think a wiki-based approach might be nice, but I think Leo recommends not doing that until we update to the next version of MoinMoin.
