Excalibur is suffering from a very low participation since years and Robert is an old time ASF member and I've learned to know him because he kept James alive in the last year so I believe he can help Excalibur too. I propose to give Robert Burrell Donkin commit access to Excalibur AND to add him to the Excalibur PMC.
