Switch To Conventional Maven Layout

Most components use the older Jakarta layout convention for source. A few
components (which using the alternative parent/pom.xml) use the modern
conventional Maven layout.
Adopting a single convention would make everything easier to manage. Switch all
components to use the modern Maven convention would have the advantage of
making the build closer to the Maven standard. So, I propose that the source
for all components is moved to match the Maven convention.
