mvn clean install -Ptest-patch,hadoop-2 fails with the following error message
Project 'org.apache.oozie:oozie-hadoop' is duplicated in the reactor.
Also everytime I run test-patch it seems to be downloading oozie even with -o
switch. This makes development slow and dependent on internet connection.
