1) we have test which checks the same conversely -
ProcessInstanceKillsTest#testProcessInstanceKillKillNotRunning(), only running
instances should become killed
2) your test passes after other tests in class were ran - each of them creates
it's missing dependencies which are common for selected validity time range,
thus making your instances running
