Here are the expected tasks:
Document the setup required for supporting cold standby
Decide on shared storage strategy (it is assumed to NFS based and highly
available storage) for storing lineage metadata
Ensure if two servers are accidentally started, only one can continue to
provide service and there is no data corruption
Load balancer strategy (assumes that external load balancer can route to the
appropriate Falcon server instance)
Configuration and views
Are we going to change Falcon setup to include setting up two servers? (This is
likely to be not going to be done)
Does view show specific instance of Falcon server?
Scripts for making manual failover to a cold standby easy
