In the documentation page http://falcon.apache.org/0.6-incubating/index.html,
there is the paragraph:
"Falcon CLI implements Falcon's RESTful API and describes various options for
the command line utility provided by Falcon."
In that paragraph, the words "Falcon's RESTful API" are a hyperlink to:
http://falcon.apache.org/0.6-incubating/Restapi/ResourceList.html, which
returns a 404.
