[~shwethags]Thank for pointing this out, that's very useful and a better
approach I believe.
I will finish coordinator update through OOZIE-1769, which will allow us to
update all processes and feeds through coordinator update API. For cluster
update, I will wait for OOZIE-2187 to be finished.
