Upon further debugging, looks like the problem is due to the way we handle
dates for this test case.
We generate instances based on current time but we use a static file as the
logfile for eviction. Hence this test succeeds till a specific date and further
on fails.
We need a method to generate the content of the logfile as a prerequisite to
enable this test.
Hence I am disabling this test for now
