IMO. Its good to have alert for job succeeds also sometimes but it should be
configurable for process and status as well . Suppose if there are any daily
jobs and people will only take reports only once job completes ,this will be
helpful.
Also in case of post processing failure when no notification comes then users
can go and check the status of job.
