Thanks for reporting it. Agreed that this should be fixed. We should keep the 
tests independent of the formats and locale wherever possible, may be evaluate 
if it's possible to compare date objects instead of the expressions.

If you can provide a patch also then it will be awesome, let us know if you 
need any help :)
