We had several knowledge sharing sessions on the design and direction of this
and everyone seemed to be satisfied with it. However I don't see any +1 or
comments on it. We had decided to put it in 0.7 but I am little short on
bandwidth to do a thorough review. If there are no reviews or comments on this
one by weekend I will do a +1 and commit it in 0.7 branch.
[~sowmyaramesh] It will be really helpful if you could review it once as you
are very familiar with it.
