The delays can be different for each source cluster and there by figure out the
source cluster, which the current coordinator belongs to and then get the delay
and then add it to the end time of the current old coordinator in the target.

Testing
-------
I have tested with a feed submitted with different sources having different
delays. I submitted and scheduled a feed with a frequency of 10 minutes and
delay in one of the source as 1 hour and delay in another source with 2 hours.
Update of the above feed accordingly updates the coordinators with the
respective end times in accordance with their source delays. There are no holes
created after this patch fix.
