When we build the product stack we use Maven 3.0.4 as that is needed by some of
the components in the stack and some of the plugin components were compatible
with 3.2 also. I agree we should move on, but we can't be doing it on the last
week as it can introduce side effects as we see.
That said, having done this, let us try to move forward and we will make
special provision or internally change the plugin versions as needed.
