Yes [~pragya.mittal] i agreed.  We should have cleaner way of bundling 
deploy.properties in server as well,  both for embedded mode and distributed 
mode.  Taking from falcon-prism-0.8-SNAPSHOT-classes.jar is not a good option 
of bundling deploy.properties.
