[~sowmyaramesh]:  If end user, by mistake, specifies a non-existent queue and 
the retention oozie job runs once a week, it may hardly get noticed until the 
HDFS fills up. Leaving the status quo aside, what can be done to inform the 
user about oozie job launch error?
